Recipe for you
Ingredients 1 cup adzuki, water, 15-20 cm kombu algae strip, 1 cup cubed pumpkin (not peeled), 1/4 tea spoon sea salt Preparation: Rinse adzuki, pour it in the pot and pour water over it, leave it like this 6 to 8 hours. Put kombu on the bottom of another pot, arrange pumpkin cubes over it. At the end add adzuki. Pour water so that it covers pumpkin cubes. Cook on low heat, not covered. Cover only after 10-15 minutes. Cook until adzuki is 70-80 % cooked, one hour or more. As adzuki beans swells an water is evaporating, add cold water periodically so that the water level is constant, and adzuki beans remains soft. Then add sea salt and cook until it is completely cooked - when most of the water evaporates, some 15 to 30 minutes more. Pour into another dish and serve.
